Choux pastry... Look not bad...


Bake the pastry into the size shown... cut them in half


Fill the pastry with whip cream...(my arm nearly break to whip the cream into whip cream..) and decorate the top with chocolate or icing sugar


this is made by puff pastry.. it too hard to make soo i will just show the product but bot recipe

Ready the ingredient... Cheese, mushroom, bacon, onion, garlic and pasley..


Sweat them and place it on the top of short pastry...


Bake them and they will become like above...

Valentine day....

I'm wondering.... Which stupid human make a day called valentine day =.= It only me suffer by looking at other couples in australia and wondering why i don't have a girl friend T.T... Walking lonely on the street and looking soo many "pair" walking pass me. That kinda sad... Well, this is my 17th lonely valentine day T.T.... Hope i can find 1 girlfriend this year so i won't have a lonely valentine day again next year... Since i'm studying pastry, i can make my own chocolate to comfort myself if i still have a lonely valentine day next year...

Nothing special today because its all Lecture classes... Anyway, its a nice day today but the victim of bushfire is still increasing... i wonder why =.=.... What i feel in melbourne is, cold and very windy... it doesn't feel like a weather that will cause any fire =.=. Well, let pray for prevent my area being burned xD

First Patisserie class...

Finally, i go to a patisserie class!!!

Some butter cut from a 10kg block of butter =.=

Mix the butter with sugar, eggs and medium flour to make a dough of "shortcake"

Make custard from caster sugar, milk, vanilla bean and some flour.. the black thing there is vanilla bean.

Finally, cut some fruit and place on it. Well, its m first time and some of the are failed because i make the dough too thin... =.= like the one on bottom left.. it BREAK!

Maybe it look sad, but it taste good, better than some other shop's Fruit Tart xD

Long time no see....

I'm so busy in my school problems and my apartment problems in Australia... Since I'm going to study here in 2.5 year(or longer)... The weather here is soo weird.... when i first arrived, the temperature here is 45 Degree.. but now, it less then 20 degree....

I didn't have my camera with me now, so i can't upload picture yet... I'm currently study in WAI (William Angliss Institute)... A famous Tafe school in Australia in Hospitality. I'm a patisserie student anyway... My class is quite interesting... the first class is teach me about the type and name of different cutting style... For Example, Juliene ( carrot match stick ), Jardinene (carrot thick stick ) and Chiffonade ( sliced lettuce )... I'm going to learn how to make cake tomorrow xD, but i need to do 8 HOURS PRACTICAL CLASS... with onli 30 minute rest time between two 4 hours class... From 8.00a.m. ~ 4.30p.m. =.=

Anyway, Thanks for those who congrat me for coming to study at Australia... The happiest thing is, i saw my friend Justin here... Hahaha, He look soo different from last time, he dyed his hair into gold and wearing earring now... As for me, I just wear a specticle due to my bad eyesight. I wish all my friend who wish to study oversea come to Australia Melbourne for study. So i won't feel lonely here... Justin's hobby kind of scary, i dun really dare to go out with him =.=

Liquor Mountain.....

Oh... me and my family went to my grandparent's house to take liquor... My grandparent collect them since long long time ago... this is my first time to see this much of liquor... like a mountain...=.=
Most of the wine here is all older then me... i'm only 17 years old...



I saw a really really expensive Otard... they keep it more then 20 years...


And... The legendary Royal Salute.... The bottle is made using clay =.=


Of course... We won't really drink them... We make them as a decoration... Except Henessy...
Those friend of mine (you know who you are), please do not come to my house and ask to taste these liquor... this is for collection... not to drink...

Korean Food....

Well... I went to a Korean Restaurant with my family... It has a weird name.... From some korean drama i guess... The food don't really taste like korean food... just the style. Conclusion is, this is a local BBQ restaurant with korean environment...(but the wallpaper is malaysia's street =.=)

The taste is acceptable. But i don't really like to eat BBQ since i need to take a bath after the meal. I smell stink... full of smoke and oil's aroma..

this is the name of the restaurant... kind of weird...

Egypt....

At first, i think it was a nice place because this is my first time going to desert area... However...i never know that the stupid pyramid is at middle of the city =.=

There is so much thing to eat... like sand, dust, smoke and so on... It was very dusty there. I'm not really mind if there is dirty but i hate dusty... Can you imagine when you wipe your face with a wet towel, it become all black!!


If you don't care about environment, it is a good place. It's cooling, nice scene. Of course, not for long stay. You will lack of fibre and vitamin. You can barely see fresh vegetable there. All my meal there was Beef, Chicken, fish every day.

Drunk Guys...

Few of my friend...Daniel,Justin,An Ge and me. Are going to have our dinner in a Japanese Restaurant located at 1Utama...They purposely call some cheap food to save money for the Sake(Japanese Wine). We bought 2 bottle of 750ml Sake and finish it in a flash =.= We then go to Justin house...Reason:

Justin :"Want to come my house to drink some liquor?"
Daniel & An Ge :"GOOD"
Daniel :"Lets buy 1 more bottle of liquor before we go home."
Justin :"OK!"

They bought 1 bottle of Martini. In total, there is 1 SKY Vodka Absolute Cherry Flavour waiting us at Justin house and a Martini we holding
